Ikhoka payment went through bank twice although their machine indicated no commection -.expecting a refund on the double charge!.Thank you AV... received the refund and I will recommend those with Ryobi product issues/spares/service requirements to make the effort to come to you!I was helped!!

Bad service, poor communication, wrong part supplied. Took sample that shows series model for sample but did not help, they do not return calls nor answer whatsapp. But... I suppose they don't care much if you only ordered a R120-00 part and had to make 3 trips from Benoni- Costing R220 in petrol and another trip needed to return and another trip in the hope of getting the correct part. Sorry that I was not able to spend more money with but then, after the bad service I will not support you anyway.
