Easy Shoe & Bag Repair

I wouldn’t recommend, they messed up my bag!!!!!!

Wonderful service, really impressed

I brought two expensive bags for repair. One needed a new wheel and the other needed a repair on the handle. When I collected the bags, one had the inner liner burnt (apparently from grinding sparks) and cosmetic damages to the outside. To escalate matters, the repair technician laughed when he explained how he damaged the bag.The second bag had the handle completely damaged and it was worse off than before.The store clerk was completely overwhelmed by the situation, refused to communicate to me, or call the store owner when I initially requested she do so. After a 30 min ordeal, she eventually refunded my down payment for the damages, but not before some unnecessary interactions.

This is inside the Melrose Arch shopping center.I had trouble reaching them by phone but they were open and helpful when I arrived.Relatively expensive for simple repair but completed in a timely manner.

Super happy with my Longchamp zip replacement! Was quite a pricey process, but worth it knowing that my bag would be in good hands. Staff went above and beyond! Thank you :)
