It was my first time taking my device to Cell clinic. i found the following1. On time feedback on status of repair2. Professional conduct and understand from Ivonne to keep you calm3.Much respect for policies as well.I said it so many times in our email conversations that ' such a service needs to be referred' and that's my mission.Cell Clinic, may you have a profitable 2017 financial year and many moe to come.

This is an updated review.After leaving a very scathing 1-star review, I was almost immediately contacted by Cell Clinic. My complaint was dealt with professionally, and my phone was repaired hassle-free.I was impressed with the overall demeanor in which my very angry review was dealt with, and that the issue was resolved quickly and amicably.Thank you, Cell Clinic, for restoring my faith in your business.

Took my phone in for screen repair late July/beginning of August. After waiting patiently for more than a month and half, finally got my phone today. But my excitement was short lived as I quickly realised that while the screen was perfectly replaced, the phone is not connecting to internet nor producing sound except via Bluetooth. Called to info the front desk lady and she told me screen replacement had nothing to do with internet and sound" but eventually said I should bring the phone back. It felt like this was intentionally done so I come back and be charged for something else. She had no concern or worry.How the lady rushed to make that statement completely destroyed their credibility. Had two other phones (Huawei P20 lite and Samsung galaxy note 4) that I wanted to book in for repairs but after that response I'll never again set foot on their door. I now have experienced the worse customer treatment from that place and I don't recommend it."

Ivonne was spectacular. She kept me posted every step of the way with my screen repair and responded to emails promptly. I will definitely recommend Cell Clinic. To top it all off, they were the cheapest from all the quotations received!!

Changing an old review...Recently had a great experience with them 3 years later.Super friendly, quick work and quality repair.Had bought an S9 years ago from them and it is still working perfectly.

Had my Note 8 cracked screen repaired here. VERY competitive price with exceptional results!Contacted them on the Monday for the arrangements.Courier collected the phone on Tuesday and arrived at them on Wednesday afternoon Late. Thursday I received an SMS from them advising the status of the phone. It was completed and shipped back to me on Friday. The courier only delivered on Monday morning.For the amount saved and the quality of work it is well worth the wait and will definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have received an excellent service at cell clinic. Best customer service on updating me on the progress of the repairs to the end. My device is looking brand new again, I am so excited. I will definitely recommend cell clinic to everyone with pleasure.

Cell Clinic provided a reasonable quote which was a fair amount lower than another repairer. They were quick to arrange for the pick-up of my phone. Unfortunately a spare was ordered from Samsung which took a while to be delivered, but Cell Clinic apologised for the delay the back-order caused. Phone is working well again and I will make use of their services again. It is especially convenient that the couriers collect and deliver the phones, avoiding any queues and time wastage.

I am very happy with the service received. They were far cheaper than any other Samsung repair centre. They fixed my device the same day they received it. All the other places said the repair time would be 7 to 14 working days! Will definitely make use of their great service again!

Absolutely terrible serviceWe took our phone to the welkom branch to be repaired got an sms with a quote of R520. We accepted the offer, got there today to collect the phone and they said we need to pay R2840When we asked why as the quote was R520, the lady said o they sent us the worng sms.This is unacceptable, Absolutely terrible terrible serviceIve been phoning head office for 4 times no one is answering. Absolutely disgusted by this service
