DO NOT USE THEM!We had them as our sole mandate for 4 months and they lied to us about everything they wrote in their commitment to selling our property. We had to follow up with them constantly. The agents didn't call us to give any feedback. Not one client was brought through to our home. If you want to sell your house. Don't use them. They are useless beyond words!!!
