I know there have been negative reviews, primarily around follow up and comms. I have experienced this too. However, they do a great job, at a very reasonable price. This is the second time I have used them (for something of significant personal value) and am glad I persevered. A very good quality result.

This company clearly does not want business. I have sent an enquiry .. got no response, telephoned, then got a response requesting my artwork. Artwork sent, no response, follow up email for quote sent, no response.Sorry if my order was too small for you.
