My therapist name was Phindile, very friendly personnel and she did an amazing job.

Just disappointed that I had made a request and it was not fulfilled as per agreement to be told that you forgot, in future do go through your appointment list at least a day before and if there's any delays contact your client because appointment set was at 14:00 pm however our massage started at 15:30 pm. But besides those hiccups we felt revived after the massage.

They were not professionally at all and hurt my back and I suffered for a long time used a sticky type oil were not given any options about anything we only went there thinking they are part of the LA vita spas they just using the name would never go back and for a place that does not give proper treatments are charging full prices... Terrible huge regret or ever going here

We booked for the April special and our expections were not high because of how cheap it was per person. We went there understanding that we would need to contain our disappointment. I mean where else would you pay R350 for a 60 minute hot stone massage plus a 30 minute facial?!? We got there and were surprised by the beauty of the place…we were given a warm welcome by a friendly group of ladies. Welcome drinks and snacks were provided and what followed was a great massage and facial treatment. My friends and I could not believe the value we were getting for our money! Then came the photoshoot at the garden while we popped out champagne, honestly I will go back every there chance I get. Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations!!

Great service, relaxing environment... they should get more toilets though, one cannot leave their massage facility and go al the way to the front desk to use the toilet. Also get warmer rooms, maybe switch on a fan and make the rooms to smell heavenly try relaxing warm scents like vanilla or citrus. Overall I had a sweet time.

Incredible massage treatment. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely exceeded our expectations. The place is clean and neat. The rooms are decent as well. The atmosphere is amazing. Welcome snacks and beverages. Definitely will go back . Keep up the amazing work.
