The place is clean but their service was disgusting as the staff wss budy talk I and laughing without giving us attention...We bought full chicken, yeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrr it was veeeeery dry and the taste was sooooo BAD... I really DON'T think ill buy their food again...

The hygiene is disgusting, kitchen windows are dirty and there are flies, flying around the sauces... I went there today workers are not focused at all, the gave me the wrong order, I love steers but this one is the worst in SA

I ordered two original chicken burgers and the only thing edible was the chips everything else was just beyond disappointing,the fillet looked like it was just boiled,tomato was stale and the presentation & taste was a zero even my 8year old son couldn’t finish the burger. I took this pictures in the morning before throwing out the bin.

I'm disgusted by the service. I went the and ordered X2 milkshakes, 1 chocolate & 1 cream soda. I waited for nearly 20 minutes for my order.... meanwhile I could see that the milkshakes are done. Then when the lady came and collected my slip, and she realized that she made a mistake and made a soda cream and strawberry flavors. Without her apologizing, she started to make 1 but before she could make it her manager or colleague asked her to make an ice cream. She left to do my chocolate milkshake and continued to make the order she just received after mine. So I left without collecting the order and I'm happy to say I'll never go the again. POOR SERVICE

I had to buy via drive through yesterday and was told to wait at the parking bay for my order , +-20 Minutes later when I went to shop to inquire I found very unfriendly with my order on the collection bay , the lady was so rude and unpollogetic ,What's the reason for drive through if we still have to get inside for collection ?

I don't what the person who gave me these burnt and tired chips thought. This is definitely not the Steers standard I'm used to. I get that this outlet is new but can we get what we paid for. I'm willing to overlook the out of service drive through but burnt and warm-up from the previous night chips are definite NO. Please do better. I will give this place one ONLY because of the friendly service.
