Cash Converters Southgate

I am writing this in a que @cash converters there's only one person working I've been in this que for the last 30mins and there's a que of 6 people so yah very disappointing2022-09-0209h39amWhat a way to start off my Morning!

The staff here are clever as 2 planks. After making an arrangement to collect 2 items, they claimed to have mistaken me for someone else.Dont buy from here, They do disappoint and are very indifferent about it.Very dissatisfied...Incompetent staff at the worst level.

Poorest of services. I pawned my camera there. When I wanted to get it back I was told they only accept cash.. which contradicts their own contract. I was assisted by a guy named Tebogo who, from the get go, did not want to assist me. He said in his own rendition that I will not assist this guy" I had to use my own airtime to call the head office for me to get assisted. Thank you to Mbali from Head Office call center for her attempts to assist me. They eventually allowed that I do an EFT

This place basically stole my Laptop.I send a friend of mine yesterday to fetch my laptop which I took there in February( the interest was paid each month) and they gave her a phone.The manager got called and when they put in my I.D number on their system it shows the laptop was not paid in April and when we checked my receipt for April payment it is someone else details on there and not mine.I told the manager I will report this and he said it won't help.Where is my laptop, who is the person on this receipt they gave me in April???Mind you the manager is the one who signed the April receipt.I need my laptop back, I will write on all social media platforms until someone gives me my laptop back.

Very uncomfortable experience. Went this past Saturday and the sales guy with the dreadlocks was the rudest person I've ever met. I needed help with a golf set, he left me waiting for so long as he was clearly more concerned with other customers. He was not friendly and treated me like a child. Terrible experience. Rather visit another branch
