I am writing this review after a month since the repair because i wanted to give a brutally honest review.GamerTeck has been so efficient. They literally go out of their way for customers, and the technicians keep you constantly updated.My playstation was repaired in under 24hrs, most reasonable rates and absolute reliability. Highly recommended. I sent in an Xbox One controller to have its analogue sticks replaced, and its worked great ever since. The repairs were completed very quickly, and they went to great lengths to demonstrate that the issue was indeed fixed. Thanks!They don't accept credit cards though, so be prepared to pay with cash or EFT.

I thought I had a battery problem with my controller and Jason diagnosed the electronic parts and found that it was the power system in the motherboard and the battery was fine. He replaced the damaged motherboard with another one that works perfectly fine. He also added a new stick as the rubber on the stick had airbubble in it. Great service. Took about an hour while load shedding hit us but he managed to work plus his dogs are fun to play with whilst waiting.

Jason went over & above with our PS4 Pro fixes at a very reasonable rate and short turnaround time. He also went the extra mile to keep us posted throughout. What a incredible experience!!!I had 2 x Elite Series 2 Xbox Controllers with failing bumper buttons. I first sent both remotes to BT Games for repairs and after 2 months of waiting i was told they cant be repaired…I then found GamerTeck on Google Maps and all I cam say is wow! I brought my remotes in for assessments and they were repaired on the same day that i brought them in, at a very reasonable cost!!Will definitely be coming back if I ever have console issues again!!

I Took my ps4 in to fix my hdmi and they did it in under an hour. Amazing service and my ps4 works perfectly now. I would recommend their services due to the great customer service and great care they take in each device they fix.
