Hands down best products on the market but more so the after sales service and great help they give out to their customers. Great company, products and people.

After many, many hours of research & investigation we chose to go with a King Bundutec Tent and after our 1st trip I believe its best suited to our way of adventuring.The products allow for a easy & speedy setup & knock down; Integrate well together allowing for various setup combinations depending on where & what you looking to achieve; have great features or optional extras - Internal fan/s, USB & 12v ports, solar readiness, silver coating on all roofing for cooling in summer. All at prices I deem excellent given the quality, workmanship & abilities of the products.Here are my comments to Bundutec after our 1st trip:1] Much rain the week before we left & whilst driving and the tent remained bone dry.2] Fuel consumption went from 12.5km/L to 10km/L which included gravel, mountains & wind so given the product size I think that's very good.3] Despite reviews saying the mattress was too hard we found it great and slept like babies.4] Tent gives great ventilation if needed, yet can be totally sealed up so we never experienced any cold and it keeps out much light so appreciated by the late sleepers.5] Love the aluminum channel running round the whole mattress as all debris finding its way into the tent from little feet can just be wiped off the sheets into the channel & quickly vacuumed up when necessary. Also keeps moisture away from the mattress.6] Speed of setting up an absolute winner & the integration of the various sections (Annex, Suite, Awning) work brilliantly.7] Silver coating on the awning, annex & silver roof of the tent really keep the heat of the day at bay and allow for pleasant afternoon naps. Coming from a tent background I can say the incorporation of the silver coating was a brilliant idea. No slogging of a big silver tarp around and trying to cover the area & peg down in the hotter months - Yeah!!8] No wind noise regardless of speed traveled and despite size of setup hardly affects driving even when windy. This said I did have independent air-shocks fitted to the rear of the vehicle that allow us to level the vehicle regardless of the weight of the tent & kitchen/bed unit.9] Certain reviews were not a fan of the ladder system (Non-Telescopic & noisy when movement in tent) but I found it perfect - Strong, simple, no clips that can break off if handled incorrectly, old or damaged by sun, no struggling to collapse or open as piston units can do especially if Gritt or grime get on the ladder. Mounting hooks are easy to work with, sturdy & effective.10] Kept a down duvet, winter sheet, normal sheet & 6 pillows in the tent whilst traveling - Key is to position items carefully and away from support arms that open & close.11] Great views all round due to wide doors/windows all round.The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with as noted in many other reviews - friendly, helpful, always communicating, willing to take responsibility for errors or mistakes and not just with a sorry but with a real effort to make right or redeem. (Rare, rare attribute and engenders much faith & trust to me as a customer)To conclude though I want to mention that I believe every person purchasing equipment is responsible for not only researching what they are buying but also gaining an understanding on how it best works, what is needed to care for the products, what conditions & environments are suited to the equipment & how to do general repairs when unforeseen things happen. To often clients expectations of a product do not align with reality given they do not understand pressures, forces, materials and the impact of the conditions they are using the equipment in which lends itself to disappointment, breakages etc. - So do your homework, get the DIY skills necessary & understand the conditions you plan to find yourself in.

Notwithstanding their fantastic BunduTec Roof top tent which is a marvel of it's own, I visited Bundutec again to purchase a BunduAwn. Roelof was most helpful and showed us around the various option, and gave solid sound advice on the various models, sizes, pros and likely cons of each model - leaving us with an absolute certainty of which model Awn we wanted. I asked if they could do it for me in a grey canvas, and it was no problem whatsoever for them. Great service, well priced, very helpful staff. The lady assisting us with quotes and invoices was equally efficient, and their 5 day lead time is also a testament to their quality.

The best service a customer can ask. DJ knows his job. He serviced our tent for our upcoming tour to Botswana and Namibia, within 40min everything was done and the tent reddy for the trip.
