Very proficient.EDIT: They were Very proficient." with the first case I used their services for.I then took another case to them expecting the same service. Paid the consultation fees and received very ineffective service. They still haven't resolved to any satisfactory state and aren't replying to any of my email communications requesting feedback. And this time I'm dealing with one of their more senior members.Rather unsatisfying!"
