My son (under age) went to do fade waive at a discount they offered. He came back with a only the fade cut and no waive. His hair was cut so low that there was no room to manoeuvre and do the wave part ourselves. They gave my son an excuse I really didn't understand.For me it's better to be forthcoming and say I can or I can't do it than deliver below your promise.We could have gone to another barbershop if we knew.

Well the cut was ok, I really like the haircut, but they sold me a twist curl sponge for R160 something that cost R39.9 to R80. They where not honest so better have a pricing list so the client can be sure of the price being practiced at the barbershop.

Firstly one of the barbers was literally sleeping on the job as customers were waiting in line, when I finally was serviced after a colleague had to wake him up... he spoke no English, which isn’t the issue, the issue with this is that his colleagues knowing this did not proactively assist in translation; Only near the end of my haircut did they notify me and begin translating from English to French.Secondly my face is filled with battle scars from a poorly executed trim. I literally look like an angry cat got a hold of my face. Very disappointed and will not come back, unless I’m in the mood to bleed from my forehead again.

They took out my favorite hairdresser, I literally only liked when he trimmed my hair. They keep on changing hairdressers everytime, I'm really tired of this salon, it should be closed down once and for all.

They're always changing barbers and often their new barbers are beginners, I had a terrible hair cut last time I was there. Wouldn't recommend for anyone.

Trendy Barber Shop that has excellent quality and a great set up. They have extended trading hours which helps you from a convenience perspective. The staff are also great with kids which is an added bonus if you was to get your kids hair done at the same time.

Shocking haircut and experience today, such a pity. Barber spoke no English and wasn't helped by his colleagues and is experienced at basic haircuts. Equipment not clean, staff more interested in what music was playing than service - won't be back. I hope they turn things around.
