Chevone was an absolute star. Dealt with my constant calling trying to get a ticket and she had so much patience. When service delivery in SA gets done right, it is done exceptionally well and Chevone is a pure example of that. I will call again to find out if you have promoted her cos she deserves it.

Absolute pathetic service from them, the site keeps crashing, can't update anything, keep reloading and crashing, unable to buy tickets. If I'm a events organizer, I will refuse to use them as it will create a very poor image for the event. If this is the service they strive for, they will chase away everyone and no one will be able to go to the event

Still waiting for my Krone refund. Just not getting any reply. How can you take the money but then ignore your customers when you need to offer a refund when you cancel a show

My show I booked for December got postponed to a date in February that I cannot attend so I have requested a refund of my tickets and I have received 1 reply saying someone will get back to me and I have heard nothing since. It's been 5 days and nobody has responded to my emails. It is frustrating as I had to book accommodation and airfare to attend and now I sit chasing replies and refunds daily

Zero stars given for Zero customer service rendered. Still waiting for my refund for Krone that was yet again postponed due to covid". However there are other big shows happening at the same arena! I have called and emailed multiple times but have had no luck. Now the number says its not in service. Im disgusted! DO NOT use Itickets

I bought tickets and didnt receive a confirmation immediately, I sent an email and within minutes I had the confirmation seeing as the payment portal had a problem.

Bought tickets for Bethel in Pretoria, sat at Block KK, Row O, seat 13 & 14. But the seats are physically removed. No row O and numerous other rows aswell.

This websites queueing system is really pathetic. I've been in the queue since this morning 08h30 to purchase Afrikaans is Groot tickets, however I cannot buy tickets over multiple days. I had to get back in the queue for the second lot of tickets. If an event has multiple shows you have to pick the show you want to go to before entering the queue - who made up this logic? What if the one show on the date you picked is sold out? You have to restart a different date in the queue again. Then to top it off when I paid for the first lot of tickets the page timed out and advised they are unable to handle the request". I did not get any notifications that the transaction went through
