Went here to thread my eyebrows. I was very skeptical but the gentleman that helped me worked very slowly and tried his best to get them perfect. He was really patient and nice but unfortunately still did not get the correct shape and I had to home and fix them.

I've been getting my hair cut from there for the past 5 years plus. They always did what I asked for, it's quick and efficient. Best hair dresser. Love it!

Normally they have good service. Yesterday however was a bad experience. No attention to detail. Shoddy work.

Good service. No need to make a booking, you usually get served within 10 minutes of arrival.The price for a gent's haircut is reasonable and threading and a nose and ear wax is included. Main benefit: Open until 7pm.

This is the second time I've gone to this salon. The first time I went for a haircut, the service was fairly average besides the fact that they only tell you after you're done that they only accept cash and not cards, luckily I actually had cash on me that day as I am someone that prefers not to carry cash.Today,  I called in to find out how much it would cost to have my eye brows done as I would have to ensure that I had cash with me as they don't accept cards. They indicated it was R120.I went there and got my eyebrows done  (by the way, they don't have a proper bed you get your eyebrows done. It's done while sitting up and you have to hold your face and lift your eyebrow up with the other hand so they can get to the under part of your eyebrow) . Once it was done I went to pay, the person at the till tells me its R140.I indicated that I called earlier and was told that it was R120. He said because you did the under of your eyebrows its 20 rand more. WHY WAS THIS NOT TOLD TO ME WHEN I CALLED! ESPECIALLY WHEN I CALLED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINDING OUT HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO DO MY EYEBROWS (NOT ONLY THE TOP PART!!!) Long story short, I didn't have an extra R20 cash and they still didnt accept cards.When I told the guy this, he just repeated that its R140 and walked to stand by the door, leaving me to wait at the counter until I gave him the money. I had to call a friend who was also at the mall and asked if they had cash.Lucky they did, they brought the money to me and I paid and left. It was embarrasing and completely humiliating for a mere R20!!!! Especially when I called in advance to find out how much it was. I had to stand by the counter the entire time while waiting for my friend to come.Besides that, my eyebrows were rushed and done. It actually looks like not much was done and I have to get it redone now. No one asked if I was satisfied with the end result etc. He just finished and said done and walked away.I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AVOIDED UNTIL THEY CAN PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LEARN TO COMMUNICATE BETTER!

Nothing like a straight razor shave, ears and nostrils waxed. Threading to clean up unruly brows etc and a decent haircut. Manscaping done! Affordable to be done weekly....
