I have used Wolman’s on two occasions to repair my luggage. The latest was to replace the pullout handle on a 10 year old Samsonite. Repaired to my satisfaction at 60% of the quoted price.

Untrustworthy company, they don't adhere to the CPA, i went to buy a wallet as they Tumi website refer them as one of the stores, they didn't have the one i wanted so offered me a different one and said if I'm not happy with it, i can bring it back. When i went back they say no returns allowed. Now i know why that store is always empty.

My Samsonite luggage was damaged when I flew into Durban, and even though the handle was too old to be replaced, Wolmans were able to fix it speedily in time for my flight out! They were extremely helpful.

I have bought all my luggage from Wolmans the Team is always helpful and very knowledgeable. One of the pieces I bought had a defect and Wolmans contacted the supplier on my behalf and they where able to replace my unit. Thank you for great service!

Samsonite bag brought into Wolman’s La Lucia 05/07/2022 for repair of wheels and handle ends. After multiple calls to the store, I did get a response every-time of “Let me check and we will call you back”… 95% of the time no call back. Finally came into the store after 3 months and collected my bag to take the business to someone that will fix my bag and provide decent feedback and follow up with customers. Wolmans, please do not contact me to rectify the situation. If it cannot be rectified after 3 months, it cannot be rectified..
