I only did a software activation in 2022 and last month there was a Microsoft message that my license was about to expire.Mike, the owner was quick to respond and fix the issue almost a year later.Ironically I also needed a battery for an expensive laptop,needless to say I had no hesitation buying it from Dentech, which was ready for me to collect the same day.This is one online company that you can trust for purchases of goods and services.I have sent friends there and they have the same experience.

I have known Michael at Dentech for 10 years, during which time he performed numerous services for me, from program & new hard drive installations, software problem diagnosis, hardware repairs etc., as well as purchasing 2 entry level computers for my kids. I have always found him to be friendly & polite, but very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The cost of his services are also very reasonable, and I can recommend him to anyone, without reservation.

I'm extremely satisfied with the repairs that were made on our laptop. We took in a laptop that wasn't working at all and not only does it operate amazingly well, but it's so much faster. The software was updated and now it's really a pleasure to use the laptop. We use to avoid using it when it was working because it was so slow but now it's like an entirely different laptop altogether. I will definitely recommend Mike from Dentech IT Solutions for sure.

I would like to thank Dentech for the excellent service and positive attitude with which I was helped. I had a faulty laptop which has been previously (badly) repaired and had stopped working all together. Luckily for me Dentech does not shy away from fixing ANY issue, they sorted me out in no time. Helping where previous business took shortcuts. I would highly recommend.
