Horrible bathrooms that they have the audacity to charge money to use. Security guard saw us pay for our things, and the guy behind the counter let us leave the receipt, but then the security guard wouldn't let us leave without seeing the receipt. Avoid as much and as far as possible.

The toilets inside the Bonjour shop we are told are broken so need to use the outside toilets. Around the corner you have to pay a lady R2 for toilet paper she rolls off on her hands (AMID COVID TIMES) before you may enter the bathrooms which are disgusting to say the least. Pay toilets are one thing, but this place is far from clean and why should the use of toilets be paid for if it is not 1) controlled machine access, and 2) KEPT CLEAN. There arent even lovks on the doors, or toilet seats!!

Your in store FNB ATM swallowed my card because your speed point services were not functioning. Very unprofessional and your teller was rude about it.I for one will make sure I never use this station. Poor service. I will fill up at other station.Am very much disappointed with you guys, really
