The install people arrogant do un authorized work without informing the customer. They were supposed to install prepaid meter on behalve of Tshwane Metro and did not make an appointment. When they got to my property and no one was home they just cut-off my power and told me to sort this out the next morning. They do not have authority to do that. 24 hours later and it is still not fixed. They don't answer calls and do not phone you back. Stay away from doing business with them. Typical BEE company to do state work
