I was extremely disappointed at the poor customer service. There was lack of communication on the progress of the service and the service manager did not even bother to stamp my service book at the end of the process. This is not the service that I expected from Pat Hinde Toyota.No proper social distancing/COVID protocols when being dropped off. I was appalled at being cramped in a car with 3 other passengers. The only sliver lining in that scenario was the friendly social attitude of the driver.I am grateful that the service of my vehicle itself was professional.I am extremely disappointed in my experience and the lack of customer service skills.

Never take your vehicle to this place for a service.They phone you every few minutes to add on to your acc but they do not even top up the water that is free!!!!!!!!!!!!If you phone to speak to the service manager he will not phone you back.They even charged me for a polish and glace that was never done.

Extremely professional service received from this branch, from the sales department (Troy), finance lady (Helen) and super supportive manager (Barrett) I won't buy or service anywhere else again. Great pricing amd exceptional after sales service too.
