My cousin forgot her cellphone charger at check out and sent me to get it a day after. I found it in good condition furthermore the manager is super nice

Very neat, secure and in a quiet area. The pool is clean right through the year. Lovely food... Staff is very professional and friendly from Mark to everyone working here. Just love this place.

Had a great time. Nice breakfast and lunch. Reception by Mark and Bernie was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and everything was to my satisfaction.

Every time I think about King William's Town, Twins Guest House comes to mind. It's a place to be if you are higher quality person.Keep it up Management and all the Staff, see you next time!Never disappoints, once more.

Located in a quiet area, yet close to everything you need. The staff, including front desk, cleaning, and kitchen staff, were very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Property is well-maintained. Ticks all boxes.

A group of us booked here for a friend's wedding and our bookings were totally messed up. They overbooked and some friends had to find alternate accommodation at the 11th hour.One of the staff (male) was so rude to us. Telling us he has guests from America arriving on Sunday afternoon so we must check out earlier than 10am. Imagine the audacity? I don't care about who you have booked in. My check-in was almost 4 hrs late because you were over booked, now I 'must check out early? Such rubbish!Breakfast was lame. 1 person was playing waitress and receptionist. We had to wait for seating as guests from the other house share the same facilities for breakfast. It was really inconvenient!Didn't get the WiFi code in the 2 days - asked twice and the receptionist was going to 'bring it to my room".The pool isn't maintained so the children couldn't swim. They were warmed that the tiles in the pool would cut them.And finally

We had such a nice and spacious room for our recent stay however it turned out to be a family suite that was let out to us and other guests (a couple). The noise levels at night were unbearable. It was even more disappointing to be told by the manager that there's nothing he could do as the room is a family suite and the other guest were old clients of his and felt uncomfortable telling them not to make noise. As nice and comfortable this place can be but I cannot stand substandard service. The managers attitude generally is distasteful.
