I called the receptionist and for an extraction. I explained my health condition and ask whether or not the doctor can see me and extract the tooth. To which I get a reply Dr will be able to tell you. R100 later, I am told what could have been told to me over the phone if the secretary took the moment to the details.This is the second time I have been given the exact same rreatmtre, I have lost confidence in this place and will not go there no recommend anyone.

No complaints. I got what I asked for with some good advice. Appointment can only be made the previous working day you plan on going.Appointment will be set for a certain time of the day depending what you need done.

Dentist

This dentist can do basic dentistry. But if you require a more intricate procedure such as dentures or a tooth which needs to be filled or extracted, which is located in an awkward spot at the back of your month, I would advise to think twice about a visit. This dentist becomes a butcher. He butchered the inside of my mouth, cheek and gum so badly I was in pain from March till May. Living off pain meds. After a severe infection, I was forced to see him, and when I was sitting in his chair, he was so nonchalant. Him was instantly defensive. He then went on to blame my infection on my wisdom tooth. My wisdom tooth was never problematic. He worked on the tooth next to my wisdom tooth and that was the problem. He should've never have worked on my tooth in the first place. His receptionist and dental assistant were not phased at all and it was obvious that they were used to having unhappy patients returning. Not even a hit of empathy. He then went on to ask me why I did not return a week after the filling, because he is sure he told me too. That was a lie. Truth is, he did not tell me to return, he could not get me out of his surgery fast enough after he butchered my mouth, knowing full well that I'll be in excruciating pain after the anesthetic had worn off. I then went straight to the pharmacy to get some mouth wash, and while there, the pharmacist warned me to watch out for infection as many patients get infections after he has worked on their mouth. Today, almost 6 months after the filling of my tooth, the sensitivity of the tooth is inexplicable. I should've never gone to this butcher, I mean dentist.My mom had a really bad experience with her dentures as well. After 4 visits to his chair because of ill fitted dentures and raw gums, she gave up and cut her losses with the few thousand she spent and went to a new dentist for a set of dentures.This is the experience we had at this dentist.

Verstandtande uitgebreek! Het vir 2 weke lank nog stukkies tande uitgespoeg. Hy het my mond so erg geskeer dit is nie eers snaaks nie. En ja wel dis nou al n hele paar jaar later en raai wat, hier kom die einste verstandtand wat hy uitgehaal het WEER terug so hy moes n wortel of iets agtergelaat het. Hy verdien nie eers hierdie 1 ster nie!!! Sal NOOIT aanbeveel nie.
