An extremely disappointing and not relaxing full body massage at all. Firstly their speakers in the room were not working so the music was played off the therapists phone . The room is not sound proofed at all so all the noise and commotion in the rest of the salon comes through, not to mention another therapist coming in and out of our room causing disruptions. Lastly, even though I specified the therapist could massage harder, she seemed to go back to what felt like gentle caress". Im saddened for the business and the managers that they do not take care to the small details that really do make a difference"
