Bought cartriges 2 times had to fix and replace printers both times. Definitely something wrong with their product. Everything was for my own account. Castlewalk ink shop will never see me again.

The worst place for taking your printer for repairs. Booked my printer and after a month they have not even looked at it. Payed booking fee as well. Owners does not answer phone and there is no communications. If you want to be frustrated and disappointed get yourself to the Ink shop in Waverley.
