The waiting area is a mess at the Sickbay and the waiting time from 7am till 11am whilst second patient to arrive, is unacceptable. This was the best sickbay in Pretoria seriously what happened since the nurse was appointed as receptionist it went from excellent to zero. Nobody but nobody derseve to be treated like the personnel at this sickbay's frontline treat people, unacceptable from SAMS

Some staff downright rude. Other that I am prepared to name go out of their way to assist. Complain to the Officer Commanding when you have a valid complaint and it gets resolved quickly.
