Trouvaille Boutique Day Spa

On our 5th visit since opening we found that the staff on the day provided more of a rub than a massage. It seems like the a refresher course may be needed to inspire the staff again. Nothing wrong with the hospitality but we remain dissapointed with the treatment. (Edit). The spa was in contact with us. Great follow up. Appreciate the attempted resolve. Rating change to 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly, competent, and professional staff made my visit a special experience I hope to repeat. The full body hot stone massage and Lamelle facial offer is a winner.

Cute little spot situation at the entrance to purple cow, was quite strange to walk into the smallest reception area I have ever seen! Asked for a brochure and was handed a dog eared flyer and told here is the price list - doesn’t seem too appealing to spend time here, unless of course a door opens and a beautiful magical garden opens up and envelopes you with tranquil vibes as you look in! I wonder???? The prices are quite high and the welcome area not too inviting so let’s hope for their sake that the treatments and treatment rooms live up to the promise and delivery! Would like to try it maybe a manicure first!

I have used the SPA for about 2,5years, I have always received very good treatment( at reception & Nails & Massage Tharapist’s. On 2 March I received the same good treatment, the was just a small issue where I was booked with a different nail tech. The ladies sorted the issue seamlessly& I really enjoyed my time at the SPA, UNTIL the following day when a person who introduced herself as the owner called me.I was so disappointed by her behaviour, attitude and a lack of just checking fact before calling me.She accused me of 1. calling her receptionist incompetent. 2. having made 5 appointments that I canceled in 2022. 3. She Insists my last nail treatment was done by the therapist I have never seen before. The audacity of picking up a phone & accuse a client without evidence as an owner is beyond me. Just for your record I did not mistreat the receptionist or the nail tech. There were frequent 3 clients at the SPA & other Tharapist’s check your facts.

Everyone was friendly and efficient, staff are obviously well trained and enjoy what they do. Beautiful facilities, very relaxing experience.

Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The setting is relaxing and beautiful. Had a great massage a while back and I made a booking for a loved one recently. Thank you.

Apologies, I see there was a misunderstanding as my kid rated it in my notifications on my phone. Interaction with Trouvaille was awesome and I definitely recommend them, based purely on interaction with the team I believe this is a great spa. Thanks and Sorry again.

It’s a pretty setup upstairs, but the kids games outside are noisy and not relaxing at all. Our wine was hot and our food not only wrong, but gross too. And finally, we got breakouts from our facials within 2 days and when we queried the authenticity of the products (because it was in little glass containers and not in product containers) afterwards, they simply ignored my friend.Not the worst spa I’ve been to in Pretoria. But definitely not the best. Do better next time.
