Received bad service from this sales lady from menlyn.. When I came to exchange of your product (Mac) I bought.. Instead of explaining nicely to me... She gave me a very bad attitude... Infront of other customers. She must stop undermining other customers.

I have made a purchase 2 weeks ago and did follow ups via email and calls for my order, BUT MAC Cosmetics doesn't bother to respond. Honestly, MAC Cosmetics shouldn't do online business, as they can’t operate online to service its customers. I was really looking forward to my purchases. It’s so disappointing that such a Global brand/ company has bad online customer service!!! As a customer, I cannot even tract my order online, such bad service, I can’t even see my purchase history. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to buy MAC products online!!!

I received the best customer service from the MAC Menlyn Store - specifically from the Assistant Manager, Regionald. It is so refreshing to deal with managers like Regionald. He has a remarkable passion for what he does, and his positive attitude towards clients are uplifting. Thank you Regionald!
