Wanted to purchase a car seat today (which was shockingly dirty) They couldn't give any details on the seat or provide any manual so that we knew it would work in our cars. When asked if we could bring it back the same day if it did not fit our car seats we were refused and told that we MUST drive both cars there and waste petrol if we wanted to test it.If this is the trust you have in customers that have spent thousands of rands on your second-hand and new goods over the years then you can take your business somewhere else.

Poor quality goods, products and over price. Take no returns and don't even try to listen at customer complaints. I will go out of my way not to business with them at all.

Quite a good place to walk into when it comes to the service in general. Friendly people in a big store that a variety of products! And most of the time, you find good quality second hand stuff (sometimes too expensive, but of good quality and still usable). My brother is a regular client of this store.

Can't help but feel like the employees are tipping people off. Contacted the store weeks in advance about an item. It hadn't sold for a long time. Phoned in on the day to let them know I was coming. They asked specifically what time, so I informed them within the next hour. Halfway to the store they informed me the item that had been unsold for weeks had just been sold". Could be the wildest coincidence

Didn't have a good experience today at all.Phoned in to ask if you can take a flat-screen 55 inch TV without a stand. Hanging bracket.I was told yes.Drove from work in lunch time to brackenfell from Rondebosch to bring in my TV. Just to be told it has to be in a box. Or only if I'm selling. This is important info to give the client. Wasted so much time and I left extremely frustrated.If you don't know what you talking about. Don't answer the phone or give it to some one that can give all the relevant info.

Went in.. Saw some items we were interested in.. Ask the store manager to consider a discount of R100 in total on 2 of the items. He refused flatly, no consideration. We left the store with nothing.. They lost out on a sale of more than R2000 for the day.. They need to train the manager in customer service and ensuring returning customers. Changing customers into clients

Have a big variety of things to buy, but seems like today was stocktake during trading hours. All the staff shouting across the store manager included. Very horrific experience.
