Dis-Chem Pharmacy Cresta

On 15 May my wife went to Dischem Cresta for her monthly meds. There were 17 people in the queue ahead of her and only one (patient and hard working) pharmacist. One customer called for the manager and she complained about the delay. The manager handled the matter apathetically. This needs attention.

Staff chasing customers out the store especially after being in long dispensary queues, yet needing to shop still, is just rude

Have been try8ng to get through to the dispensary since Monday. Today is the 3rd day. The call is transferred to the dispensary but after a while of just ringibg, it drops.

Rude, arrogant cashier who fancies herself as the ad-hoc manager gave me way too much attitude when I complained about the shortage of their dispensary staff and the long queue there, that I cancelled my purchase (it turned out to be cheaper elsewhere...) right there and then. Arrogance and taking customers for granted. You are dispensable as a pharmacy, there are others to go to who are not part of the giant corporate, too big for their boots Dischem.

Its month end Sat and there is one person helping at the self med queue and the queue is long. Wasting your customers time!!

I went to Dischem to make my first baby purchases, something I was very nervous about. I love their customer service, customers are treated with respect and the help that’s given is amazing. Clean and organized store. Ladies who work at their help desk are so reliable and they are so nice.Finally got my baby bag, so excited and it didn’t take time to arrive.

Great service. Friendly staff. They were the only Dischem close to us open on new years day. The pharmacist even ran to the till as we had left something by mistake.

I used to live in the area and at the time this Dischem was my go to pharmacy. I recently returned and was pleasantly surprised to see that the standard was even higher then before. I take my hat off for all the hard working people at Dischem Cresta and if could give then 10 stars I would. Well done and keep up the excellent work and service.
