Great gym, equipment is well maintained, the personal are extremely friendly, there is a huge cardio side in the gym, the equipment is clean and they are strict on following the rules making the gym a better place for everyone.I just wish they could have been open 1 hour later in the week for people that sometimes work a little bit later, but that is my personal feeling

Decent sized gym so won't be exercising on top of one another , cardio section, weights section, benches, cross fit section, boxing bag, stretching area, ab section, big parking area, climbing rope, tire hitting with hammer,. Old school equipment but everything is working and maintained and kept quite clean. Good music aswell and friendly owners.
