Great service, easy tracking of my parcel and the pin number system is nice. thank you to Rochelle at the who has an impeccable manner on the phone. She also went the extra mile to help me, phoning back promptly to deal with my problem.

Terrible website interface, charging extra because somehow my neighbourhood is high risk?? Also the website quote is exactly the same for economy (3 to 4 days) and overnight (1 to 2 days)?? complete rip off

Friendly and efficient. Just remember there is a kiosk in town and a depot out of town and they are almost half an hour away from each other. Be sure you are going to the kiosk to deliver, and the depot to collect, or call and ask first.

Customer service is okay but I feel they need to services certain places like Mqanduli at least twice a week instead of once. Because now one has to wait for so long to get a package delivered

The courier guy lost a parcel that was sent to me from the vet product online store on the 7th of March 2023. I contacted them and informed them that I had never received my parcel despite receiving a text message that read delivered. They were unable to locate my parcel and instructed me to apply for a full refund in the lost parcel. To date, 2nd of May 2023 I have not received my full refund and I have called and emailed them repeatedly with no response. The customer service is below par and disappointing.

1st time using PUDO. My parcel from CT to EL left CT on 13 June. I received an SMS on 19th June to say it was at Berea EL. Gave the lady my PIN and she said that it was in JHB? No apology, I had to ask when it would arrive in EL , she said Wed 21st maybe? Just received another SMS with same PIN no today to say it is at Berea. Customer service not great.I have now received my parcel and an apology from management. My faith is restored.

Use Reymar Freight or PostNet. These 'guys' were terrible at handling my package. I've had MORE THAN ONE breakage and missed collection dates when using The CourierGuy. Reymar Freight hasn't broken a single parcel (more than 200 sent with them). The CourierGuy is cheap, and so is their service. Sorry. Unless you insure your parcel or package it to three times the standard of any other courier firm, don't use them. They might climb on top of your parcel (photo).

I'd say not to bad, there customer support needs alot of attention, I for one prefer to speak to a person and not an automated system.
