Great selection of parts... However, you wait sometimes up to 40 minutes to get through to sales, staff aren't as friendly as they should be. I've been in management for years, I would never allow staff to be as unfriendly as most of them are, unprofessional and I would assume that problem to chase potential new clients away. Please, can there be adequate training on phone etiquette?

They are very rude. They don't have any customer service l work for a auto parts company and we need to give quotes to our customer Trust MIT to make your job very painful. l don't know how they hire their staff but those guys are very very rude and unprofessional.

The sales staff and management are incredibly rude. Never have I encountered such in my life. To say their service is pathetic is an understatement. It is better you take your business elsewhere as they treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Such an attitude does not deserve to be rewarded.

Do not engage your business with this company. If I had to give zero star I would definitely rate them zero. We r in spare part buisness since 1980 but never came across like this company. Staff is not knowledgeable even if they have knowledge they will supply you wrong parts. After supplying wrong parts there is no customer service that wrong part Yu must throw in dustbin bcoz they not willing to take it back. Another thing when Yu phone them there is no response more than 20 minutes Yu hold, they don't accept VIN number. So stay away from this peoples. On behalf of VAWDA'S Automotive Nelspruit.

I never encountered such rude service in my life switchboard doesn't even ask you is there someone specifically you need to speak to?? how do you let someone hold on the phone for more than 12 min and then put the phone down??????? 1 star is to much you should get 0 stars!!!!
