Spoke to the manager Vanessa on Saturday 22 October 2022 who said she will call me back same day or the Monday latest to date she hasn't called me back, regarding i product purchased, terrible service

I highly recommend this store. The poor chaps in the buying division has the impossible task of bringing sellers to the reality that the goods they trying to pawn is just not going to fetch the million dollar mark they hoping/praying for - these guys pull it off with finesse and grace and most importantly - not embarrassing the sellers.... and when I was there today it was hecticly busy.... these pro's did not crack under pressure, treating every customer with respect and care. Well done guys keep it up.

Worst service ever I bought a phone from them Online. Paid it in full waited 3 days for delivery and then what got sent a wrong item that is worth a fraction of what I paid and not even a phone. drove all the way to centurion to return the wrong item to find out that my phone is in KZN and have no idea when it will be back or in what condition it's gonna be. I Honestly don't know what to say I feel like I was robbed and now I have no money or a phone. waiting to see what's the solution.

Absolutely pathetic service ever experienced and I won’t recommend anyone to buy from them. I was looking for a Bluetooth speaker (JBL Charge 5) to be specific. One of the sells representative (Obey) informed me that they have it in stock, he sent me the location of the shop and we arrange to meet up and purchase the product. I’m located in Kempton Park so we agreed that it will take me almost half an hour to get Centurion and he will wait for me and he will put the product safe for me until I arrive to pay and collect. It took me exactly half an hour and when I arrived at the store the assistant manager (Harriet) informed me that they’ve sold the speaker to someone else. I told her I’ve drove almost 45km just to collect the product and I arranged everything with the sales representative. All she said was that she’s sorry but they deal with first come, first to be served basis. The sales representative even told her not to sale the product as I was on my way but she proceeded with the transaction. I drove all the way for nothing and experienced poor customer service.. PATHETIC!!

The buyer offered me R600 for a foldable step ladder and 4 power tools... These items were just over a year old! Safe yourself some frustration and rather post your items on Facebook market place and get decent money for your items... I've sold these items at half the prices they are new in stores and made a total of R1550. It took me 3 days to sell all items..
