I have placed my first order with Loot in April for a UPS. I am going to give them 5 stars and the benefit of the doubt. I will post and update to the review again on or after my expected delivery date - 09/05/2023. Please don't let me down guys :)Update (7th May) - my expected shipping date has changed to 16/05/2023. Online retailers understand that shipping is a big part of what draws customers, not just good pricing. I am happy to purchase something for more when I know there is reliable shipping ETA.Update (8th May) - I received notification that my order is out for delivery today. Thank you Loot and good bye stage 6 Eskom fears.

Ordered 2 books over a month ago, yesterday was two days before my estimated arrival and I received an email saying that it would be at least another three weeks. I went onto amazon and it would be quicker and cheaper for me to just order from them directly now. Loot is basically a poorly run dropship company.

South Africa’s worst online shop!I know that Loot is no one's first choice when it comes to online shopping in SA, but I’ve always sucked it up due to the discount I get as a Momentum Multiply member. The products take ages to arrive, but unless it is urgent, I’m happy to wait to get the savings and as a result, I would say I’ve spent thousands over the years with them.I’m totally, and completely done now though. 5 weeks ago, I ordered an expensive bit of technology and happily handed over R7000. It still hasn't come and I'm fighting to get what I paid for. I have spent literal hours on the phone and uncounted emails going back and forth.This company is an absolute disgrace. If you have any intention of buying anything from Loot, please reconsider. There are companies out there that appreciate their customers – Loot is not one of them.

Excellent service they communicate with you on time if there's a delay with your order.I love buying textbooks from them their prices are good value for money. I will shop with them in future. Keep up the good work!

I've done an order with them, on the 13 of January 2023, it's the 6th of February today. I haven't received my order as yet, they don't respond to emails and the guy I spoke to said he was going to call me back with an update but never. There's no feedback at all but they are quick to take peoples money. Pathetic service! Never ever buying again from Loot!!!!! Don't even deserve my one star!

Excellent service. Their customer service was able to sort out my query regarding my order super quickly and I received my items much earlier than expected.

Not trustworthy - be careful when ordering from them. It took them over a month to let me know that the product I had ordered has apparently been discontinued, and yet they still advertise it on their website. When the replacement finally arrived, it was faulty. It has been over 3 weeks since I requested a refund, and almost 3 months since I placed my order, with nothing to show for it.Loot, my order number is rdfp-395-b170. I'm not interested in an empty apology as you clearly don't care about your customers. I just want my money back, and for you to stop misleading people on your website.
