Fran’s offer, local dishes. The lamb curry was delicious! My husband tried the eislebein(pork shank), and he like it!

Such a lovely restaurant with awesome views. Food was really tasty, good portions and good pricing. The lamb and calamari and ribs were delicious. The staff were very attentive, especially with a large group, and efficient and friendly. Lovely atmosphere which added to such a wonderful evening.

Really great service, food was amazing and so well priced. Fish and calamari were tasty and nicely battered.Surpassed my expectations and can't wait to go back. All the waiter staff were friendly, and our waiting, Stanley was wonderful

What a hidden gem!! In the corner of Jubilee Square, Simonstown is this laid back, friendly, chilled spot called Fran's Place!!!!! The outside deck has view of the yachts, Naval ships, ocean and more. Oh yes, the statue honouring AB Just Nuisance is also just a few meters away and other really interesting parts of history. Sorry I digress. Frans Place is simply awesome! The food is great, very reasonably priced, the portions are huge, chilled wine and friendly staff. A massive thumbs up! We WILL be back, often!!!!!!

Probably needs a bit of a Reno. However staff are awesome. Good great. Value for money was awesome. Really cheap and so much bacon. Views are incredible.

A cool, busy little cafe with some lovely views in Simons Town. Huge portions, even for the kids so something to be aware of.The fried stuff can be a bit oily at times but it was still delicious.

I returned here for Sunday lunch, and we enjoyed a platter for 2 persons. The image does not do the platter justice as we removed 2 large portions of Hake etc.The portions here are sizeable, my partner loves to eat and this was filling.#wouldlovemorePrawns more prawns and more mussels.Overall service was good and the meal yummy.#wewillbeback
