Negligence to the extremeThis company’s delivery truck drove in front of me with no latch on a flatbed full of stones. The stones flew onto my car damaging my windscreen and paint work. I phoned them to explain - they asked for photos but soon went quiet in the hope that I’d go away. Shocking excuse for humans!!
