I placed an order for delivery at 3pm, I kept calling to check on my order and they kept saying the driver is on the way. Its 7h50 pm now and I still haven't received my order and no one is picking up.. This isn't even the first time.

Poor service at its best I received my order after 2 hours and on arrival my order was not complete I tried to call the store to ask about my drink and they said they will ask the driver what happened and escalate it even now I am still waiting for the solution

I don't know if it is all Steers, but 139 for such a small portion of ribs never again!!!! My wife ordered a chicken burger and had to settle for a beef burger. I think Steers is not what it used to be by a long shot.

Their online service is the worst. I have ordered three time already in the hopes that it will get better but that is not the case. Each experiece more awful than the previous. You wait for hours only to get cold food. If it was possible to give no stars I honestly would.

2 hours later and still waiting for my online order, the telephone number doesn't exist and Steers call center doesn't answer ... this is the 2nd time I've ordered online from Sky City and the same thing happened the 1st time. Absolutely useless!

It was on the 25 of August it was wacky Wednesday I was hectic and busy as it was month end but thumbs up team u managed to deliver my order as it was hectic keep pushing on ur service on product availability it's now long time since haiko l heard it it shows that the management iys now set to deliver

Thank you to the owner for taking a stand against a customer who decided to smoke in the eating area, subjecting everyone to her secondary smoke. When asked to leave the non smoking area , she became very rude. Kudos to the owner and staff for keeping their cool but standing firm to protect their other customers again that lady.
