I brought in a necklace a week ago with the glass unglued. I asked for a simple job to glue it. Diaz Jewellers informed me they would have it fixed by latest on a Friday. I was uninformed and not contacted. When I came on a Tuesday, they told me that this simple job wasn’t ready yet. I asked for my necklace back and was mortified for it to be even more broken as they incompetently stuck the glue on and resulted it breaking even more. Instead of apologizing, the manager who didn’t even bother coming downstairs to explain what happened, told the shop assistant to tell me “Well, it was bound to happen.”I am left with a necklace that is in worse shape than which I had brought it in. Unprofessional.
