Our old blind and deaf pooch doesnt like anyone picking her up but had absolutely NO problem with the owners picking het up! All our pooches were so well taken care, cost effective, friendly and very professional! I will continue to support this family, their staff and business! They always go above and beyond. I have literally tried EVERY dog grooming parlour in JHB North, they are by far the best. Been a client for 3 years now. Prices are great, they have super cute products in store and lots of other products. Lovely atmosphere, the front desk ladies are superb! They give you an option of emailed or printed receipt.Grooming requests always done perfectly (I'm very fussy) and my dog gets a super super short cut per mt request, no nicks with razors ever, my dog is always happy when she returns and gets excited when we stop there.Bookings are super easy, I just pop them a WhatsApp and you choose how you want them to let you know when your dog is ready (whatsapp, call etc). I was omce late by an hour and they didn't even charge me extra!They are super accommodating e.g. willimg to cut my other anxious dog's nails while I'm sitting there. Windows looking into parlour so you can see your pup being groomed.Often run great specials and they are fast, you're dog isn't confined for hours on end

This was the first time I have put my dogs in a kennel. I was a little apprehensive at first,but I needn't have worried, they took good care of my 2 little dogs. The staff were friendly and helpful, the dogs accommodation clean and spacious. Would definitely use these guys again.

We’re new to GAUTENG and have tried several parlours but this one stands out. They are the best by far.Friendly professional service all round. A well equipped and kitted out establishment. My fur babies enjoyed their visit very much and looked amazing. Will definitely recommend them.
