Great service and product range. Very patient work staff allowed me to simply charge my phone after it randomly died and I feared it needed a new battery. Didn't charge for the service/advice

I’ve used these guys a couple of times now; once for a new iPhone battery and the last for my son’s broken iPhone screen at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Had the job complete in 40 mins. Awesome. Professional, quality service and a good price. Will use again

I have a Chinese phone that I bought on Amazon two years ago (a Doogee S59 pro, rugged phone). The screen cracked. I called everywhere looking to replace the screen. Everyone said no, except for iworkshop CBD, who had my phone for 5 MONTHS and STILL couldn't replace the screen. I had almost given up when eventually someone recommended Mr. Tech, who is Chinese and has strong connections with Chinese tech companies. He fixed my unfixable screen" in just two weeks. Brilliant service. Popped in right at the end of the day and they were more than happy to stay beyond close to fix my newly damaged phone screen. The cheapest repair I ever paid. He even threw in a complimentary temper glass on top as well as a discounted case. Couldn’t be happier with the friendly service and brand new screen.

My review is a bit dated now but last year I came with an old Android after it had died getting wet on a holiday. He was very polite, efficient, identified the issue quickly and gave me a full explanation as well as tips on the weaknesses with my phone make. He offered a couple of options with my blown battery, he scrubbed the connections and gave me a great deal for also fixing the damaged screen. He was great value and even had EFTPOS on site. Very happy with the extremely fast and helpful service, he had the phone back to me in an hour and it's worked extrenely well since.
