I had a problem with renewing my licence disc as the traffic dept they said to contact the dealer as our vehicle is still new, when I phoned Motor Glaze today I was told they cannot help and the traffic Dept must do it. The Vehicle must still be licenced according to the Traffic Dept, so now what do we do.. they are so friendly when you purchase a vehicle but when you phone for help they are not interested in trying to help.

Receptionist is extremely rude , asked to speak to dealer principal and she started shouting at me telling me that i have phoned when i didn't phone before. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody as the receptionist has no respect for their clients.
