We went without booking in advance but they managed to organize a boat for us, we had a great time definitely going back for jet skiing December.

The best by far experience I have had on the dam. It's a great family outing

Booked with Mike +27 79 252 3814 who was working with a guy called Lux +27 82 436 9049. We were told we would leave at 10 or will have to pay to meet them with a speed boat but the cruse only left at 10:30. The package included cocktails and a Sunday lunch. Cocktails came around and all it really was, was a bucket of a concoction, only heaven knows what it was. We could pay an additional R50 to bring our own drinks which we did luckily cos I dont drink alcohol and my son was with us. In which case would have been an absolute disaster. Lunch was what u get at a very low budget funeral with no cutlery in a polystyrene takeaway container. As was the cocktails served in polystyrene cups that would just fly around with the wind. This being as it was the toilets were something out of a horror movie. Im not a big girl but it was so small for me to be in, with no soap and no water. VIP was only for Mikes Family even though I asked in the beginning. I asked Mike about the food and drinks and he only had 1 meal prepared for everyone and was what it was if u liked it or not just like the drinks. After not being accommodated for with food as I'm vegetarian I was asked to pay more money to be taken back to the boat yard that we hardly left cos we were literally in the same place the hole time. Mike was also definitely under the influence of alcohol and was rude to me and my husband.

Boaters World offers the most awesome day out on the Harties Dam. Definitely a must if you in the area.
