Terrible, extremely rude staff. Small cramped space. Overall horrible experience. Don't waste your money here, especially students applying to BTI.

I received a full body Swedish Massage and was super dissatisfied! I could hear the staff talking at window. I don’t know if they were having a smoke or hanging up washing but definitely had no respect that a treatment was taking place. And then when the therapist was done she just walked out of the room. She did not tell me that the treatment was done and that I could get dress. I waited between 10-15mins before getting dress and meeting the lady just as I walked out. She said that normally her clients “get the idea”. I do regular massages and never experienced not being told when the treatment was done. I actually thought she went to tell the ladies that were talking so loud to keep quiet! Nevertheless won’t see them again!

Unfriendly staff upon arrival.I went for a deep-cleanse to do blackhead and milia removal. I had a few small milia that could easily be removed. I walked out with a terribly bruised face as there were so much pressure added to remove the milia. After the removal, moisturizer was applied so hard my skin felt like ripping on my cheek bones. I was in so much pain that night and next day, I have two terrible scabs with a radius of about 5 to 6 mm. I contacted them and only got feedback the next day, after posting on FB, being made promises, only to remove the post. Sent photos and she said she will get back to me on Monday, which they did not, untill I contacted them again.Not even explaining any further.I would not recommend Dione Lifestyle for facial treatments.
