I was in the single room in winter there.Very nice staff, even gave me extra blankets as it was a very cold weekend.Very neat and tidy inside.Everything you need as a traveler inside the space.Well done to them

Amazingly tranquil, my room was set right to the back of the property. Looking out at the beauty of nature here. The accommodation is neat and the hosts are very sweet and accommodating. I felt safe here for my week's stay. Thank you to the kind hosts.The townsfolk are extremely kind, helpful wherever you go. Good service, good food to be found in many places.

The birds gaves us our morning call in the morning and Jamsy, our beloved padda our night call.We wish you many and happy years of success and hope that everyone will experience the peace we felt while we were here and the absolute feeling of 'at home' that you provided.

I had a flawless one night stay. Susan was very helpful and kind. The area is tranquil and there’s a lovely pool to cool off in.

So I got a quaint little bungalow to spend the night in - room with own bathroom and some small apliances. It was perfect size for me and in the beautifully kept garden behind a remote controlled gate. It is really peaceful, with only the occasional vehicle driving by in the main street.My room was basic but comfortable. Everything was clean and there is a clean towel and a complementary bar of soap that smells divine!The room has a small barfridge, kettle and microwave - it is not a kitchenette, but close enough. There are some crockery - two each of plates, mugs, bowl and glasses as well as cutlery. Everything you basically need. The room has some teabags (rooibos & ceylon), sugar and riccoffee, but no milk for those who do drink milk. Best to either enjoy one of the superb restaurants for meals or get yourself some basics for self-catering.There is a TV i the room, but only the basic SABC channels are available. No DSTV.The accommodation accepts cash or ETF which can be arranged with the hosts.All in all I would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were kind, attentive & engaging. The accommodation is set in beautiful gardens with a great swimming pool. But the room I was in, was ridiculously cramped, with a massive dining table in it. Completely unnecessary & ill-fitting. The lay-out of the room, although self-catering, is illogical & doesn't lend itself to cooking a meal because the two-plate stove is RIGHT next to one of the beds; whereas it could work well if furniture was arranged differently & that dining table removed.All in all, the room has good potential & is well located. But I'd hestitate to stay here again.
