Motor Licensing Office Ballito (Nokukhanya Luthuli Place)

This is the third day that I've been here to renew a licence. The excuses range between staff off sick, card machine broken, staff member from Stranger can't operate this system. Last time I didn't need to fill in the green form,this time I need to.Quite a poor showing however not surprising looking around the country and the total lack of service delivery.

The building is nice and new. The security guard was extremely helpful to me and many others waiting in the line. The license processing lady is professional.Improvements should be made for signage. There is barely any signage on or around the building saying that this is the Motor Licensing Office. There is also no number on the building anywhere, making it difficult to locate on Google Maps.There should be more notices on the wall explaining what is needed for license renewal. There is a big sign but its right in the far corner of the building and so it's easy to miss. The open times should also be displayed near the door. Currently, the open times are only shown inside the office.
