Worst service ever today. Ask her to check if she have 4 pair in a size 7. She was clearly not interested, dropping half on the floor. Told me i must try the size 6 cause it is cut big. Needless to say i told her to leave it as she clearly dont need my business and i walk out. I would have bought at least 2 pairs, their lost in sales. Will never support it them again. If the business close down the owner can blame it on his or her bad staff only.

Excellent trading hours closing at 8pm however this should be displayed in the shop front

The service was fairly good. The required shoe was not in stock. It was ordered but the delivery date could not be confirmed 100 percent. All round good but not excellent.

My husband struggles with shoes. He loves his Hush Puppies. They are very comfortable although they can be fairly expensive.

Went in with intent to buy and got out within 2 mins due to poor attitude of staff. They made it very clear that they do not want to sell to any customers.

I bought a pare off shoes in March 2022. I took it back and ask if they could assist as the left shoe had a loud squeaky sound when you walk. It took them 2 weeks to let me know that they do not replace or refund shoes with squeaky sounds. I replaced the gel innersoles with K-Way innersoles and the problem is solved. It is actually now more comfortable. It is sad that your company name is not worth R200.00 that I had to spend on new innersoles. This would have solved the problem and you would have had a happy customer. I will never buy your shoes again and will advice anyone who askes me not to. Your aftersales service is useless.

Before you buy anything from Hush puppies, make sure you won't need to return it. They have a no cash refund policy"

I returned a clearly defective shoe that was two weeks old and coming loose at the seam on 1 February. I asked if they had another size 8 in stock and was told they do but I couldn't get it. The shoes needed to be sent to the warehouse, a credit note issued and only then could I get a replacement. I was told this would take a week or two. Needless to say it took 2 months before a credit note was issued and only after I had followed up numerous times both telephonically and in person at the Menlyn store. Jill at the warehouse who responsible for this process should be fired. It's now a month later and I still haven't received my shoes since Menlyn didn't keep the size 8 for me and only once the credit note was issued did they start looking for a replacement pair. There has clearly been very little follow up since I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive. In a weeks time it is going to be 3 months since I gave the defective shoe back.

Today hubby went all the way from Home (Benoni) to this branch and bought four pairs of shoes, paying R1800 cash and R201.21 credit card, only to realize when he got home that he's card was debited with the full amount, and with the incorrect cell number on my receipt (not his or mine).I honestly can't accept this as an honest mistake, reason being that, as soon as I called the lady immediately knew about it and said she was just on her way out when I asked her where to she firstly said to pay back our money and in the second breathe on her way home (not closing time) nor having any details for the refund .Then giving her our card number as she said she will immediately do a credit, which we received no notification for, she calls back and when asked explains she did a deposit at an ATM. What the heck.

These people know nothing about customer service . I was right at the door when this rude girl said WE ARE CLOSED ,when 1. Website says they close at 20h15 and two i was in the store already .coming to only pay a shoe i had fitted earlier in the day. Honestly if they are tired and no longer passionate about serving customers, can they go sit at home and ALLOW people who want to serve us to run the store . We cant beg people to do their jobs .
