Think twice before doing business with them. Possible scamsPlayed for a headboard and after a long conversation why I must pay extra for delivery and cannot collect my self. I am starting to believe I am not going to get the headboard and that there is no board Its almost two weeks now and delivery should have been in 3 days. Phone countless of time with same promise. Tomorrow!! It is tomorrow again and still no head board.

We were stunt by the lack of salesmanship. We were ready to buy as it was our second time at the store....we saw there was no 10% discount...my husband tried to negotiate to pay cash for a discount....this lady just had no motivation! We walked out....going to rather order online as she definitely doesn't deserve the commission. And clearly the store doesnt need the sales....still wondering if the manager was even interested as he was just walking outside on his phone.....NO INTEREST WHAT SO EVER

Service is great while they are trying to make a sale. If for whatever reason the sale doesn't go through, the service becomes non-existent. I purchased a dining room table, only to find that it was too small for my space. Ordered a return, they collected it within 1 working day, which was great.I have been waiting for my refund for over TWO week2. I have no dining room table and I cant even get a replacement because Rochester is holding on to my money for whatever reason.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced!!! Saw a table on their website. Went to the shop to buy and was told they have it but it’s new stock and they don’t know how to assemble it. Had no issue with it as I don’t mind assembling it myself. They brought an open package that they failed to assemble with a torn manual. Was told either I take that one or pay R399 for a new table to be delivered from their warehouse or go to the nearest shop. No effort, no friendliness. Clearly they didn’t need my money. Bought same table at everyshop for R500 less as delivery was free.

Had great service here. The attention of the staff is remarkable.

Rochester is the worst place to buy from online. My Word! I purchased a desk from them in July. It was fine for a few months. Until it simply collapsed whilst in use in October. I had to log a call and was then instructed to send pictures via WhatsApp. NO feedback for weeks. Went to the store near me and was told as I bought online the store cannot handle the issue. The salesperson helped by calling head office and the call center agent said 'The supplier inspected and determined this was customer fault.' NO ONE did any inspection !!! To this day, I have no feedback. Useless store and would have been better if I bought from a Game / Coricraft (then atleast I would get a refund due to defect)!!! WILL NOT buy from them again
