Delish Restaurant
Scenic cafe situated in the beautiful Hout Bay valley only a few minutes walk from the beach. Great breakfast and lunch options on the menu with dietary extras available. Enjoyed a Orange Carrot and ginger fruit juice with Avo, Poached egg on gluten free toast. Friendly atmosphere accompanied by polite table service. Look forward to visiting again.

Found this gem of a place during the festive period.Service was pretty average, staff seemed rushed for some reason.The atmosphere was good, some tourists around which adds a great summer vibe.Food, well I was terribly disappointed in the burger, falling apart, tomato almost the thickness of the patty BUT one of the most iconic and delicious cheesecake I've ever had.I would visit just for the cheesecake.

This popular place can be hard on you as the place can be packed to the brim. The locals know why they come here, as the place is somewhat off the usual path of least resistance. But its charm, good food, and service make it a great hideout and a place you must go and visit. The cheesecake is to die for, and so was my chicken salad toasted sandwich. No overload of mayo in this masterpiece, just taste! I shall return soon!

Forgot to take pics of the delicious food as it arrived, but these were the results! Wonderful food, wonderful vibe and great menu choices for pretty much every pallet, including vegan and vegetarian. Really enjoyed this little spot.

Have been a fairly regular customer. Find the food very expensive for what you get. On our last visit.l had the fried calamari with a side salad. The calamari was overcooked, hard and tasteless. I did not finish .my meal. The Salas was scant...2 cut up Rosa tomatoes, a few slices of cucumber , lettuce leaves and onions. R140. My husband had the burger and chips. The chips were good, the burger dry and the patty tasteless. The owner was not there. I doubt we'll be back.

I had the stuffed chicken and it was absolutely divine! I’ve recently been to one of the top restaurants in SA and nothing was as good as Delish’s stuffed chicken

Had so many great breakfasts here during my stay in Hout Bay. Really nice outdoor area. Tasty food and coffee. Great service

Lovely restaurant!Amber and her team make it their priority to ensure that you have the best experience.Everything is well thought through from the bicycle stand with locks at the entrance for cyclists to the area were you can sit and work on your laptop.This is a restaurant that you must go and visit. Their is a place for you no matter your mood. Well worth visiting!The food was perfect we were three at the table and all had different meals. .1 x Grilled hake with caramelized peas on mashed creamed butternut.1 x Calamari strips with crispy sweet potato fries.1 x Protein bowl: chicken strips, avo, sweet bell peppers, baby spinach and feta served on quinoa.The portions were generous and very filling so we took desert home.1 slice of Cheesecake with white chocolate.1 slice of Carrot cake.Again portions were very generous and we could shared the two slices between the three of us.We will definitely again make the trip out over Chapman's Peak to come and eat at Delish Restaurant.

Best breakfast roll of scrambled eggs ( served all day too!!) on the lightest tossted Ciabiata roll! Wife polished off her chicken salad which was also fantastic. Will 100% be back!!

Delish Restaurant
Delish is very pleasant and well worth the visit. Staff are friendly and unobtrusive. Options for meals is balanced and may even suit everyone's tastes. Efforts towards being eco-friendly are clearly apparent and greatly appreciated. Cape Town staples, like the hake and calamari, are 1st choice and cooked to perfection.
