Personal care, great service

Not very friendly staff, especially to customers who are not regulars and known to them. Ended up waiting half an hour with treatment in my hair because the receptionist did not let the hair dresser know I'm there... Apologies were given but I was highly annoyed at that point. Never been offered water or coffee or anything for that matter. And I've been there a few times now. Just over all very unfriendly staff

My stylist is levona and I could not be happier. She will not let you leave her chair unless you are 100 percent happy. Very accommodating and knows her product.

Every one at this place is very friendly. I feel like i am with my family when i ho there. Thank you to all of them. Candice is one of the best.

Never have I felt so welcome in a hair salon before!! From a phone call asking if they accept a quick cut to going for a quick cut ( all the way from Gaborone I might add) - absolutely awesome! Thank you Glow for making me feel good again!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional, miserable staff and unfriendly. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my hair and the customer service received. The disrespect and unprofessionalism I received from the hairstylist I dealt with was shocking. I've never been to a salon where I was treated this way for a service I paid for. I would not recommend this place to anyone doing color or treatment. The color came out terribly wrong and I was blamed for it but no instruction was followed , I had to come the next day to fix it and the audacity for the stylist to lose her temper with me I was so ready to walk out. The botox treatment is overpriced and made my mom's hair and my hair turn extremely yellow. Bare in mind I've got blonde hair and my mom has WHITE hair, I simply wanted to lighten my money piece but it seemed as if this was a mission and treated as if I didn't know what I wanted or was a burden. Very very unprofessional I will never ever go back here. I can't say all the hair stylists are like this but I can only imagine if one is like that. The customer service and quality of work is TERRIBLE.

Always a busy location, lots of clientele. The gentleman Dirkie also does a job well done on mens grooming.
