They installed my business line last month, everything was fine last month, September, this month, the service is terrible, I don’t even know how to explain it, I am having issue every single day, the internet is on and off, no one is picking up their office phone, no one can do anything. Please explain to me how do you call your internet service provider,

No person to contact. Issue a sms ticket. Wait wait wait and wait.Always up and down. Never anybody availible to discuss a hardware or software issue.A endlless void in the cyber world. I own a Boutique Lodge and the constant down time affecting my customer satisfaction. They are the most useless customer service provider ever.The internet speed provided I must give credit that it does work well when up and running.Customer service is everything to keep your bussiness alive.

My name is Mthandeni from Woodlands Durban. I've sent numerous texts trying to log a fault and this time I'm not even getting an automated response, tried calling your office, no answer as usual. Lost connection on the 11/04/22 around 22hr and this is something I experience everyday of my life (poor connection) but this time I have no connection at all. I've tried to reboot the system, nothing worksIf I fail to be assisted, I am truly considering moving, I can't manage like this as I stated before I work from home and I need the connection and I won't even get compensation for the days I've had not internet

Entire week of slow paced internet and numerous calls pleading for help, no helps ,no assistance just technicians are working on it nothing else but waiting and waiting 95% of hello peter complaints are 1 star due to poor service and lack of customer satisfaction,however payments are always made I'm paying so much I'd rather move to telkom.

I'm constantly having an issue were i don't have internet connection around a similar time of the month ,i had contacted the office and the Administrator had stated she will get some to contact me ,it's now 8months and no one has addressed the problem, i have sent an email to the administrator and no response. Really pathetic service

Up to 6mps means under 1meg?It is either I have too many devices connected or I should not trust any speed test or I have a good signal and my speeds doesn't seem to a problem that is all your super technicians know.So - Please Mr Ispot 1 last time, - I pay R600 pm - tell me if you have a solution to my issue or should I just not bother and change my service provider?Simple Yes or No

I did contact ispot 3 week back for my signal very bad they said they technician going to contact me soon as possible but no one is come end of the day i had to go my bank to cancel my debit order with them

Approximately 6 months ago, I applied for a new line as I was getting poor speeds from another service provider.Ispot team affiliated with Totinet arrived and installed the line with upto 13mbps speeds. The line seems fantastic until a few hours later when speeds halved, and then later dropped further. The next it picked up and we experienced the same up and down in speeds. The technician said he would look into in and didn't manage to get it to what was promised. Payment was made for the equipment and I was told that the technical manager would correct the issue. No reciept was given for the payment or equipment, no forms to sign up. I've asked numerous times for a phamplet or some type of advertising material with packages and pricing, which I'm told exists and it's been 6 months, I've yet to see this.I got a call months later from a director of Totinet demanding payment but no changes have been made, I'm told that the line is working perfectly according to them monitoring the line.On December 31st the line went completely dead and we are now at the end of January 2021, the company has failed to get signal. Throughout the month I've had to constantly call and follow up. Promised appointments always forgotten, if I dont call or message, they dont follow up or show interest.Now my calls are ignored and they are failing hopelessly. Full of lies and took money and now cant finish the job they promised they would do.

Worst service ever I submit support requests and nobody gets back to you nobody comes out been paying for a 10 Meg line and not even getting 1meg up or down
