I was looking for help with an amplifier repair. Paid my R350 and later (when I called) he reported might be a challenge as the parts I needed were hard/impossible to get. Every week for 7 weeks i had to call as he didn't remember me and was quite annoyed that I was even asking/bothering him, and kept saying that he would get to it. Eventually I took my amp somewhere else. Fixed after 3 hours and a very pleasant helpful man too.You need to learn how to deal with people, and that you most certainly don't know everything - especially about old amps.Keep the 350 - I will put it down to another unpleasant life experience
